Luxecasting Group,founded in 2001,specializes in the production of safe and efficient fluid transfer,quick-connect,and flow-control products,including couplings,hoses,valves,and more. The company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a National Specialized and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise. Its products are widely used in aviation,aerospace,marine,energy storage,new infrastructure,petroleum,chemical,and firefighting industries.
Over the past 20+ years,the company has grown to over 800 employees,including more than 70 expatriate staff. Luxecasting has established eight manufacturing bases and R&D centers in Gao'an (Jiangxi,China),North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany),Poland and the United States and continues to expand its global presence.
The company is certified to IATF16949,ISO9001,ISO14001,and ISO45001 standards. It has founded several innovation platforms,including the Fluid Research Institute,the Pipeline Coupling Engineering Research Center,the Fluid Safety Transfer Engineering Technology Center,and the Jiangxi Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. Luxecasting has received numerous honors such as Green Factory,the Yichun Mayor's Quality Award,and the Jiangxi Provincial Patent Award,and won Second Prize in the 5th China Chuangyi Entrepreneurship & Innovation Competition.
Luxecasting has a complete in-house manufacturing chain,including precision stainless steel casting,copper and aluminum alloy forging,zinc-aluminum die casting,aluminum gravity casting,rubber seal molding,injection molding,sheet-metal stamping,CNC machining,mold design and manufacturing,and composite hose production. The company is establishing a nationally accredited laboratory and actively participates in drafting multiple national standards for the fluid industry.
